The online coaching package is a 1 on 1 guidance throughout a 12 week process in identifying, working towards & achieving set goals. Training & Nutrition advice will be given throughout the 12 weeks, once paid you will be contacted by Hassan in regards toan initial consultation. Please allow 1-2 weeks for plans to be made. All lifestyle, schedule, food preference, training level and dietary restrictions will be taken into consideration
